A friendly and familiar face you may recognize, Phoebe Hamilton was born and raised on the outer cape. Upon graduating from Provincetown High School and moving to Boston to attend college, she embarked on a life-long journey studying human development, human connections, and how they work across various businesses and within different environments. 

Unique experience in academic, hospitality, health science, non-profit, and publicly owned corporate organizations, her deep understanding of the human resource field and the role of human connection in the field and in society, and her attention to detail and to people, allow for creative and out of the box solutions to support some critical HR issues. With a passion for people and a breadth of experience varying across these industries, levels, and work cultures, her local knowledge and experience aid her expertise in supporting her clients through all stages of business and of the employment lifecycle. 

Back home on the shores of the Cape and raising her two children and two dogs, Phoebe brings her HR knowledge to life in a creative and curated partnership that will fit your unique business and employee needs.
